Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Kelly Jean and I have a passion for women’s fitness and nutrition! Whether a beginner or avid fitness guru, I am truly blessed to be in a position to help YOU and others alike!
I specialize in women’s weight training (body sculpting, shaping, toning, and fat loss), as well as balance, flexibility and range of motion. I also provide quality nutrition (real food for real women) coaching.
In 2009 I graduated earning my diploma and certifications from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) as an Advanced-Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant. In 2014 I was introduced to CrossFit and successfully completed the Level-1 coaching program. Presently I am actively pursuing advanced training and my certification in Sports Nutrition.

I trained with Kelly for about 1 year. It was really a great experience and I learned so much about nutrition, my body, and different styles of workouts! I never really knew how to lift properly in order to build a booty and shape my body to how I wanted it to be! She was always creative in the workouts and so knowledgeable! Definitely had me sweating and would challenge me!
She was so encouraging and always pushed me to do better especially when I wasn't feeling it! One thing she taught me was to not focus all my attention to that # on the scale even though it was soooo difficult for me! And to trust the process as it would take time to see changes! I wasn't always patient but Kelly had the patience to deal with me!

I was introduced to Kelly from a friend who has achieved great success with Kelly's program, and when I saw her before and after body transformation photos I was an instant believer. I then decided to commit to the 12 week program, and my life has never been the same. I worked out with Kelly 3 days a week faithfully, and learned the importance of food prep, preparing all your meals for the entire week, the only way to stay truly committed to the meal plan.
Kelly does an excellent job in pushing you as a trainer and also being a great friend who looks out for your best interest. As far as selecting a trainer I couldn’t have asked for a better fit for me.
